Adobe Live Chat automated? I think probably so

I can’t be sure, but I think Adobe’s Live Chat is automated. What follows should have been a simple request. Or so I thought….

I can’t say that this makes the thought of parting with over £400 any more attractive, even after my good experiences with Dreamweaver last night.
